SPG Before Bub Club

Join Physio Laura for 30 minutes of birth preparation, gentle movement and stretching, designed to help you feel comfortable, confident and supported in the final weeks of pregnancy.

After class, we’ll head next door to Palmó for an optional coffee and chat – the perfect opportunity to meet other local mums-to-be, ask questions about birth prep and the early postpartum period, share experiences and build your village before baby arrives.

Wednesdays at 10:30am @ SPG Freshwater

For women 34+ weeks pregnant.

Perfect for those on maternity leave, WFH, or simply looking to connect with other women at a similar stage of pregnancy.

$20 per session – book online or via reception.

What are the class times?

Bumps + Bubs:

  • Tuesdays: 10:30am – 11:30am
  • Wednesdays: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
    (class run on request – please contact the clinic if wanting to attend)
  • Thursdays: 10:30am – 11:30am

Before Bub Club:

  • Wednesdays: 10:30am – 11:30am

Class times may change—please call the clinic, check the online booking portal or check @spgwomenshealth on Instagram for the latest updates.
If these times don’t suit you, let us know! We are able to add sessions based on interest. This is a great option for Mothers Groups or groups of friends!

Do I need an assessment before joining?

If you’re an existing patient and have recently seen one of our Women’s Health physios, you’re good to go – no additional assessment required.

New patients will need a pre-class assessment so we can safely tailor the exercises to your needs and get to know your body and goals.

*** Note: Assessment is not required before joining “Before Bub Club”, but it is recommended to allow for a more personalised experience

Can I claim through my health fund?

Yes! Most health funds offer rebates under codes 560593, 595, or 596. Please check with your provider to confirm your eligibility, as this varies with every policy.

Can I bring my baby?

Absolutely! Babies are welcome in the class space, but please note that childcare is not provided. Feel free to bring anything you need to help keep your little one comfortable.
